Terms & Conditions

• The promoter of this competition is Hickey's Pharmacy Ireland, as part of the Uniphar Group.
• The prize consists of a €1000 physical Monart Voucher.
• Requirements of entry include using  your Hickey's Loyalty account during a transaction in any participating Hickey's Pharmacy at least once between August 1st - September 30th. Customers within this category will subsequently receive a competition entry form link via email. The deadline for entries via this link is 20th October, 2024.

Winner selection & notification

• The winner will be chosen at random before 25th October, 2024. The winner will be notified by email – customercare@hickeyspharmacies.ie .
• Winners must respond within 72 hours of the email being sent. Failure to respond within this time frame with result in an alternate winner being selected from all valid entries received
• The prize will be sent via post within 30 days of the competition winner’s announcement.
• The prize is non-transferable & there is no cash alternative.
• The information, including personal data, that participants submit to enter the competition, will be used by Hickey's Pharmacy to contact the winner.
• Hickey's Pharmacy retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid, or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. Hickey's Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
