How to Use:
Apply once daily, preferably in the evening and at least one hour before bedtime. A panty liner may be used for added comfort. Ensure the tube is at room temperature before use.
Without applicator:
Wash hands thoroughly.
Apply a sufficient amount of gel to a clean finger and gently massage onto the external genital area and/or inside the vagina.
With applicator:
Wash hands thoroughly.
Hold the tube upright and open it.
Attach the applicator to the tube.
Gently squeeze until the plunger stops and the applicator is filled.
Remove the applicator and close the tube.
In a comfortable position, gently insert the applicator into the vagina.
Press the plunger fully to release the gel.
Remove the applicator and clean thoroughly after each use.

Are hypersensitive to Ectoin, Propylene Glycol, or any ingredients.
Have vaginal trauma, have had recent vaginal surgery, or currently have a vulvovaginal infection
